| 35 years of campaigns we never would have wanted to make a selection of over 100 social campaigns created by Saatchi & Saatchi | Saatchi & Saatchi and social commitment Since the beginning of the Seventies, Saatchi & Saatchi’s vocation in social campaigns was expressed through a series of successful ads and commercials. In England an ad showed a “pregnant man” for the promotion of a contraception that marked an important step in the landscape of communication. This is the idea at the core of this exhibition that already toured in Rome and Milan, Naples and Aosta. Saatchi & Saatchi has gathered the most significant examples of the social campaigns that it developed over the years to reach out to the people, institutions, the press and students.Unfortunately, not all these campaigns had an adequate investment to the message conveyed. The exhibition is also an opportunity to publicly thank all those who have made this possible over the years.Saatchi & Saatchi is certainly the Italian agency that more than any other boasts a tradition and vocation that was consolidated through the development of campaigns based on social issues, such as: WWF, Greenpeace, L’Altra Napoli, L’Amico Charly, Comunità di S. Egidio, Saman, Movimento Consumatori, Nessuno Tocchi Caino, Lega Italia per la Lotta ai Tumori, Trenta Ore per la Vita, Medici Senza Frontiere, Tribunale per i Diritti del Malato, Unicef, CIAI, Centro Benedetta d’Intino, Arché, Anep, and many many others. |
