Elisabetta Pallucchi
Born in Spoleto, she obtained her Diploma in Voice Studies cum laude at the Conservatory of Music “G. D´Annunzio” of Pescara, and a Diploma in Music Didactics at the Conservatory “F. Morlacchi” of Perugia. She followed several Masters on the Baroque vocal style held by Maestro Andrea Marcon, Marinella Pennicchi and Elena Cecchi Fedi. Presently she is specializing in the Baroque repertoire with mezzo-soprano Gloria Banditelli.
Along with her teaching activities, she is dedicated to opera and concerts together with several music groups, both in Italy and abroad. She took part in prestigious concerts in the Superior Basilica of Assisi, in the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli in Roma, in the Church of San Marcello of Roma, in the Basilica of San Giuseppe at the Trionfale in Roma, in the Cathedral of Crotone, in the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola (Cosenza), at the City Theater of Casalecchio sul Reno, at the Museums of San Domenico of Forlì, at the City Theater of Hoor (Sweden), at the Musikpavillon of Regensburg (Germany), in Foligno for the Baroque Signs event. She recorded the soundtrack of the feature Karol composed by L. Bacalov and recorded for the Vatican Radio.
She is a member of the Baroque Academy “W. Hermans”, and teaches Voice Studies at the Music School “B. Somma” in Chianciano Terme, as well as choral activities at the Music Institute "A. Onofri" in Spoleto. She directs the children’s choir in Chianciano Terme and since 2003 the chorus of the Church of San Pietro extra moenia of Spoleto.

 

Luca Venturi
Graduated in Violin Studies cum laude, he then achieved a Second Level Academic Diploma in VIlin Studies cum laude at the Conservatory “F. Morlacchi” of Perugia with Maestro P. Scarponi, specializing with Maestro A. Salvatore, C. Rossi, Trio di Trieste, G. Carmignola at the Musical Academy of Florence, at the Musical Academy Asolana in Treviso, at the International Music School of Duino, at the Musical Academy Chigiana in Siena. He then perfected his studies in the Baroque repertoire with the use of the original instrument, studying with con C. Banchini presso la Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basilea and with E. Gatti.
He held concerts throughout Italy and abroad (Luxemburg, Switzerland, Japan, Spain, Holland) in duos with his broche Marco and with several chamber and orchestra groups, even as a soloist or as second violin, playing concerts by Bach, Vivaldi, Tchaikovsky accompanied by the Symphonic Orchestra of Perugia and by the Public Orchestra of Moldavia.
He performed for the most prestigious musical associations and seasonal concerts (Amici della Musica di Trapani, Accademia Filarmonica di Messina, Amici della Musica di Campobasso, Sagra Musicale Umbra, Società dei Concerti di Brescia, Amici della Musica di Perugia, Kusatsu International Festival-Giappone) and gained first prize awards and many placings at national and international musical contests for chamber music and violin (Pistoia, Rimini, Pietra Ligure, Naples). He is first violin and founder member of the Baroque Academy W. Hermans, exhibiting for important concert associations in Italy and abroad (Apollo Festival in Parma, International Festival d’Organo a Tarragona, Filarmonica Umbra) and recording for Bongiovanni, Bottega Discantica and Tactus. He has recently recorded unpublished concerts for violin by A. Vivaldi for Bongiovanni, recreated under the revision of Ammetto and Talbot. He collaborated with the Amsterdam Academy and the Baroque Ensemble Il Transilvano.

 

Maurizio Maffezzoli
Born in Como in 1974, he earned his Diploma in Organ and Organ Composition with Maestro Wijnand Van De Pol, in Harpsichord with Maestro A. Fedi, and in Musical Didactics with Maestro A.M. Freschi at the Conservatory Morlacchi of Perugia.
In 1996 he took part in Organ Interpretation Courses, such as In Tempore Organi in Arona, or at the 5th Organ Festival in Sejny (Polonia), at the 25th Course of “Reading Interpretation of Italian Music” with L.F. Tagliavini and Tamminga in 1999, in 2001 and 2005 at two courses for harpsichord and ensemble music with Maestro A. Fedi and Maestro Frederic Muñoz for Spanish Music. He performed in many concerts, both as a soloist and in chamber concerts, playing unpublished music by G.B. Pergolesi at the Mugellini Theater of Potenza Picena.
Since 2000, he has been playing both organ and harpsichord in duo and trio with GianLuigi Cortecci (oboe) and Elisabetta Pallucchi (mezzo-soprano). He conducts the Choir of Monti Azzurri of Pievebovigliana (MC) and the Children’s Choir of Tolentino. As the organist of the Mass of St. Rita, he recorded a concert for organ, chorus and percussions by Mauro Zuccante with the Polyphonic Choir “Città di Tolentino”, and participated in the recording of the dvd Terra d’organi for the Province of Macerata.
Keen on the didactic aspect of music, he followed several specializing courses, such as “La Voce del bambino”, and “Gli strumenti a percussione in gruppo” with Giovanni Piazza and Andrea S. Giorgio. He studied choir conducting for children with N. Conci, Mario Mora, taking part in courses organized by ARCOM.
He presently teaches the “Church Organists” course at the Basilica of S. Francesco di Tolentino, besides being President of the musical association “Organi Arti & Borghi” of Camerino and organist of the two historical organs (F. Testa, 1712 – D. Fedeli, 1829/53 and G. Fedeli, 1769) of the Basilica of S. Venanzio.
