150 years of a united Italy: how many thousands, even hundreds of thousands of novels, stories, memories! From this huge warehouse we have tried to draw, for every decade, not more than three or four pages of various models: models of the spirit of the times, of their emotional, political and cultural atmosphere. Certainly a daring operation which however can be a suggestion of a path, a trail of a route. A new way to look at a story which is our history, at a country that has been and remains our country.
