| The play, taken from the famous Grimm Brothers’ fairy tale, narrates the adventures of a dog, a cat, a donkey and a rooster who flee from their respective home towns and meet up to start a new peaceful way of life. Thus starts, an extraordinary adventure for the four friends. The piece won the National Award "Stregagatto 2004" as Best Children´s Theater performance. The main themes of this show, loneliness, hope and the value of friendship, are staged in a surreal and playful way, along with live music, where the stories of the four friends are interwoven into the common dream of a better future. We have animals playing an accordion, barrel organ, trombone, kettledrum and saxophone, but also and above all, comedians, and a rhyming text to play with the words and the music, which, like the wind, swarm over the scene ...
