Monini, Paolini Legnami, Tartufi e Funghi Fortunati Antonio srl La MaMa SPOLETO OPEN offers a creative environment where one can discover new talents and witness surprising art forms, share ideas, hang out and have fun. A reference point for the Festival audience, the Spoleto residents and the artists that want to showcase their work within the context of a major international Festival, such as the Festival dei 2Mondi di Spoleto. An event that takes place in various spaces and venues of the town, open to the diverse forms of artistic expression: dance, theater, music, performances, video, DJ, visual artists. | The program of La MaMa SPOLETO OPEN is composed of: INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION SELECTION: it presents a vast calendar of artistic events, performances and exhibitions, selected through the international open invitation, which will involve and animate various spaces and venues of the town throughout the whole day. GUEST ARTISTS: a program of activities, workshops, performances and special events coordinated by the various Associations and partners working together to organize the event. OSTERIA ROSSOBASTARDO: a meeting place for the Festival, open from morning to night in Piazza Campello, bustling with live music, stand-up comedy, performances of various genres, where you can taste top quality wines and food of the Umbria area. AFTER MIDNIGHT TARTA CLUB: during the 80s and 90s the Festival di Spoleto nights were marked by the unforgettable parties held at the Tartaruga disco. This year the night-time programming of live music, DJs, performances by international and local artists will be resumed, recapturing the lively atmosphere of celebration and fun. The detailed calendar of the La MaMa Spoleto Open with information regarding venues and scheduled events may be viewed at: For more information: +39 0743 222601 All those working or participating in the La MaMa Spoleto Open, for the organizational or artistic parts, do so in a totally voluntary, free and independent way, without receiving any fee or reimbursement, thus personally supporting the event. To allow broad public access, most of the scheduled events will be free and open to all. In some cases, a small contribution will be charged for an admission ticket at a fair price, which will be entirely donated to the artists and companies to cover a part of their attendance costs. This way, the public also contributes to supporting the production and presentation of the event. |
